Domestic shipping

All orders placed within New Zealand are charged a flat fee of $7 for shipping.

International shipping

Our international shipping rates are as follows:
Australia $20
Rest of the World $35

Please note: International purchases may be subject to fees such as import tax, custom duties. These tariffs are set by the customs authorities of the recipient’s country and must, therefore, be borne by the customer. Do contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS

Returns

As a small business focused on limited runs and one-offs, we urge you to choose carefully as each purchase is much-needed sustenance for us in this difficult climate.

All valid returns must be made within 2 days of receiving the item, given the item is in its original condition. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. All return shipping costs incurred by the customer and shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded by us.

To return an item, please email us within 48 hours and include your order number as a reference. All return shipping should provide a tracking number.

Sale or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
